The Age of Depopulation – Your Voice for Tomorrows`s Job Market 4
At our fourth roundtable, participants have committed to lead by example. They will work in two small focus groups to identify solutions for attracting the talent needed for future roles and explore new approaches to recruitment in a changing world.
These focus groups will address two key questions: “German as the language of work — is it still necessary?” and “How can we reframe migration to support the successful integration of employees with a migration background?” We believe that leading by example is one of the most powerful ways to raise awareness and demonstrate how much we can do to build a more sustainable and prosperous society.
Healthier Soils for Future Generations 4
At the roundtable in our series “Healthier Soils for Future Generations”, we focus on strengthening the “local we” approach — fostering a sense of community and shared responsibility within one Austrian region.
By mapping key challenges and existing initiatives in a certain region, we bring together farmers, retailers, municipalities, producers, insurers, banks, scientists and industry from that community. Together, we aim to develop a practical plan that responds to local realities and supports healthy soils, while addressing both economic and climate-related challenges.
